We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately without prior notice for violations including but not limited to: fake profiles, impersonation, fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, spam, harassment, illegal activity, or violation of community guidelines. Upon termination, access to services will immediately cease.
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscription plans and pricing are subject to change in the future. Existing active subscriptions will continue according to the plan purchased unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy or required by law.
The application, website, logo, brand name ("Pushti Milan"), design, graphics, software, and source content belong exclusively to Pushti Milan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.
In no event shall Pushti Milan be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
