Enforcement: We actively monitor reports of abusive behavior. Any user found violating these rules will face immediate and permanent account termination, and their content will be removed without notice.

4. Subscription Services

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable generally, except as required by law.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vaishnav Vivaah be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
