Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vaishnav Vivaah, we strive to provide the best matchmaking experience for the Vaishnav community. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before subscribing to our premium services.

1. General Policy

Payments for the services provided by Vaishnav Vivaah through our mobile application or website shall be on a 100% advance basis. Fees once paid are non-refundable except in specific cases mentioned below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

Double Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
Service Non-Activation: If your premium features are not activated within 48 hours of successful payment and we are unable to resolve the issue.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users can choose to stop using our services at any time. However:

Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the user to a refund for the unused period of the subscription.
If you delete your account, any active subscription will be terminated immediately without any refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for the eligible cases mentioned above, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction:

Please include your transaction details and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.

6. Modifications

Vaishnav Vivaah reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page.
