3. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers. Pushti Milan does not collect or store complete debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, internet banking credentials or other sensitive payment credentials on its own servers.

If the payment gateway provider changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will continue to apply and users will be informed wherever legally required.

4. Phone & Identity Verification

We verify user phone numbers via OTP or verification services to ensure the authenticity of profiles on our platform. By using our App, you consent to this verification process.

• Other Users: Your profile information (excluding contact details until mutual interest is established) is visible to other registered users.

8. Child Safety & CSAE Prevention Policy

Pushti Milan is strictly intended for adult individuals (18 years and above) seeking matrimonial alliances. We maintain an unequivocal zero-tolerance policy against all forms of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

• Strict Age Restriction: Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, creating profiles, or using our services. Any identified underage accounts are terminated immediately.
• Zero Tolerance for CSAM/CSAE: We strictly prohibit the generation, possession, upload, distribution, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material or any exploitative content.
• In-App Reporting Mechanism: Users can promptly report any suspicious profiles, inappropriate conduct, or safety concerns directly through our in-app reporting tools.
• Enforcement & Legal Compliance: Any violation will result in immediate and permanent account termination, content removal, and formal reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities and child safety organizations (such as NCMEC), in accordance with applicable laws.
